Within 24 business hours, your designer will call to discuss your ideas, lifestyle, and how you plan to use your outdoor space. This conversation helps bring your vision into focus.
- On-Site Consultation
Your designer visits your property for a detailed, 3–5 hour session to measure, take photos, and draw a concept based on your goals. Please have your property survey ready. All decision-makers join at the end of the meeting to review the initial 2D concept and discuss an initial estimate. Larger projects may require a two-part meeting, with your design revealed at our office. - Design Retainer
At the end of your consultation, you’ll place a design retainer that reflects your project’s scope—typically ranging from $2,500 to $6,000. This investment confirms your commitment and allows your designer to move forward with a detailed plan. - Plan Reveal
You’ll meet at our office to see your 3D master plan and understand exactly how your new space will look and function. You’ll receive a 3D video walkthrough and a detailed proposal with up to two revisions included. Your proposal price is guaranteed, meaning we will cover any cost associated with things we might have missed. This transparent approach helps you make confident decisions about scope and budget.
Once your plan feels right, you’ll approve the proposal and place a 10% deposit to secure your spot on our construction schedule. You’ll start receiving simple weekly updates so you always know what’s happening next while our team prepares plans, handles utilities/permits and HOAs, secures materials, and crews.
- Pre-Construction Meeting
Before work begins, you’ll meet with your designer to review the plans on-site together. This meeting sets clear expectations, covers logistics, finalizes materials, and notes any special requests. Your project manager will now become your daily contact, while your designer stays involved for design questions. - Installation
Your project is built by our trained, employee-based crew who handle every aspect—from landscape and irrigation to lighting and hardscapes. Job sites stay clean with daily material removal, respectful of you and your property, and organized to minimize the disruption for you and your neighbors. You can expect consistent communication and will meet with your project manager throughout the build to review progress. - Final Walkthrough
When construction wraps up, you and your project manager walk the property together, review the completed work, show you where things are located and how they function, and note any final details. Once everything meets your expectations, we finalize your project, confirm warranty details, discuss options for ongoing care, and schedule your 90 day check-in.
About 90 days after installation, we will return to check plant health, fine-tune irrigation/lighting, and confirm that everything is performing as expected. With ongoing service and seasonal tune-ups, your landscape stays healthy and beautiful year after year. In select areas when an installation is paired with a qualified maintenance program, your project qualifies for our Lifetime Warranty, protecting your investment and giving you confidence that your landscape will look and function for life.

The Total Bio-System covers your entire property year-round — turf and beds together — following our seasonal technical roadmap. That includes pre-emergent weed barriers in early spring, stabilized nutrition applications through spring and summer, fire ant control across the whole property, insect defenses like Bandit® and Talstar® during peak pest season, and root-strengthening treatments like our high-potassium fall application heading into winter. It's designed so nothing falls through the cracks between your lawn and your beds.
The Vital Turf System focuses exclusively on your lawn — pre-emergent protection, seasonal fertilization, and turf-specific pest control. The Botanical Shield covers your planting beds with nutrition and insect protection tailored to shrubs and ornamentals. The Total Bio-System combines both, treating your lawn and beds as one connected ecosystem so weeds and pests can't move between them.
Turf and planting beds have different needs at different times of year. For example, your lawn gets a pre-emergent barrier in January/February to block weed seeds before spring, while your beds get their first nutrition application in February/March to support new growth. Treating each area on its own schedule — while coordinating them under one plan — is what keeps the whole property healthy instead of just one part of it.
We apply Advion® Fire Ant Bait across the full property in March/April. It works by eliminating colonies from within rather than blanket-spraying, and it's labeled safe for use around children and pets once applied according to instructions.
We treat proactively rather than reactively. Turf gets Earthmaxx paired with Talstar® Defense in June through August to guard against chinch bugs and armyworms during peak activity, and beds get a horticultural oil application in December to stop overwintering pests before they ever hatch in spring.
