All decision-makers join at the end of the meeting to review the initial 2D concept and discuss an initial estimate. Larger projects may require a two-part meeting, with your design revealed at our office.
Design Retainer
At the end of your consultation, you’ll place a design retainer that reflects your project’s scope—typically ranging from $2,500 to $6,000. This investment confirms your commitment and allows your designer to move forward with a detailed plan.
Plan Reveal
You’ll meet at our office to see your 3D master plan and understand exactly how your new space will look and function.
