All decision-makers join at the end of the meeting to review the initial 2D concept and discuss an initial estimate. At the end of your consultation, you’ll place a design retainer that reflects your project’s scope—typically ranging from $2,500 to $6,000. This investment confirms your commitment and allows your designer to move forward with a detailed plan. - Plan Reveal
You’ll meet at our office to see your 3D master plan and understand exactly how your new space will look and function. You’ll receive a 3D video walkthrough and a detailed proposal with up to two revisions included. Your proposal price is guaranteed, meaning we will cover any cost associated with things we might have missed. This transparent approach helps you make confident decisions about scope and budget.
Once your plan feels right, you’ll approve the proposal and place a 10% deposit to secure your spot on our construction schedule.
