Within 24 business hours, your designer calls to talk through your ideas, inspiration photos, lifestyle, and priorities. This helps shape the direction before the on site consultation.

Have your property survey available and make sure all decision makers are available for the final portion of the meeting so we can all start off on the same page. Photos of spaces you like are helpful but not required.

Expect three to five hours. Your designer measures the property, studies drainage, evaluates layout options, and creates a hand drawn 2D concept. All decision makers review it together at the end.

All decision makers must attend the concept review. This is when your designer presents the concept plan and initial budget range. When everyone is present, decisions are clear and the direction stays consistent. If one person sees the design separately, the project often changes later, which leads to redesign and added cost.

If one person is truly the sole decision maker, that is the only exception. If someone cannot attend, we simply reschedule so the project starts on the right footing.

The design retainer covers your detailed plan, a 3D video, a full proposal, and up to two revisions. It confirms your commitment and allows your designer to invest fully in your project’s details.

Most designs are delivered in one to four weeks depending on size and complexity. After designs are ready we do add time for revisions which take about a week.

Yes. You visit the Archer office to review your full 3D design on a large screen, giving you a clear understanding of scale, flow, materials, and how the entire space works together.

Two revisions are included. You can refine materials, adjust layout, or scale the scope.

You receive the 3D video and proposal once the retainer is placed. Printed plans used for construction are released at the pre construction meeting after your installation agreement is approved.

Yes. Your proposal includes plant videos, material options, and product examples so you can visualize selections before installation. If you would like to see plants in person, you are welcome to visit a trusted local nursery such as Arbor Gate in Tomball using the plant list from your design.

You do not need any plant knowledge to make the right decisions. Your designer selects plants that perform well on your property, and Archer stands behind what is installed. Before planting, all plant material is laid out on site and reviewed with your project manager. You can walk the property, ask questions, and make one free exchange as long as the quantity and size remain the same.
